In Which I Eat Humble Pie
Some of you, dear readers, may have seen an earlier post in which I made public a letter I sent to Aus Net Services.
I’ve since been called, and quite politely too, I might add, by a helpful (though he did sound a bit subdued; I wonder why???) fellow called Chris, who explained why the meter may not have been read at my family’s rural property. He also promised to send my feedback up the food chain, and also get back to me with any more information I might require, and also apologise in writing. In essence, I’ve been handled and assuaged.
Thank-you, Chris from Aus Net. I’ll now take down the previous post, and look forward to more smooth sailing regarding the matter henceforth.
